The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: 

This building gives us straight hotel vibes.  We love the soaring views as you walk off the residential elevators onto the SkyLobby where you’ll find an indoor pool, hot tub, rooftop terrace, and gym that all share the same southwest views. The Skyclub Fitness Spa offers every machine imaginable, workout classes, a spa, steam room, sauna, towel service and they even have personal trainers.  Members of the commercial space pay a hefty membership fee but residents enjoy the gym for free and a private entrance which is just one of the many perks that this building has to offer. As great as the amenities are, it only gets better when you enter your front door. Suites have floor-to-ceiling windows which bring in a lot of natural light, generous size balconies with unobstructed views of the city and a breathtaking sunset, top-of-the-line built-in European appliances, and Smarthome technology is installed in every unit. Residents can also opt for upgrades like a built-in wine fridge, cappuccino maker, and a tv in the washroom. 

We love all of the luxuries that this building has to offer but there are some things that we were skeptical of. Although two elevators to the SkyLobby and suites add exclusivity and privacy, it can be a little time-consuming to always have to take two elevators to get to your home. Luckily, there are 4  Smart Elevators so we’ve found that the wait times are minimal. Valet Parking is also a big feature of this building. We love the idea that you can request your car from an app on your phone while you’re still in your suite and it’s on and ready for you when you get down to the parking garage. The valet staff is incredible and quick. They help you with your bags and you can even message them to grab something from your car for you. The downside: you don’t own a spot so there is a fee to register your car, spaces are scarce, and renting a spot can be expensive because it’s so rare.
