Lytton is not far off from Forest Hill in being one of Toronto’s most upscale family-centric neighbourhoods. Located just north of downtown Toronto, Lytton Park is a serene and sophisticated neighbourhood that still enjoys close access to city amenities, which makes it an exceptional location to call home.

The Properties

The homes in the area mostly range from detached and semi-detached. There are also some condominiums along Yonge and Avenue Road. As many of the homes were built between 1890 to 1930, the style of architecture are of Tudor and Georgian influence. Transportation

The neighbourhood is named after Lytton Park which lays in a deep valley, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets surrounding it. The park is a recreational haven for the active residents; it has three public tennis courts, a Lawn Bowling Club and plenty of green space for outdoor activities. Across from Lytton Park is the Herbert Begg Memorial Garden where guests can stroll along the beautiful kept gardens. Otter Creek Park has a two outdoor skating rink that is also used for skateboarding in the summertime. And the schools in the area has access to a running track, soccer fields, baseball diamonds and basketball courts.

Close to Yonger street, it boasts a vast variety of delicious cuisines.
