The Lowdown on Theatre Park

We love a good Brad J. Lamb loft style building and Theatre Park lives up to its name. We love the concrete walls and ceilings… which just so happen to be between 9 and 11 feet. The units are open concept with bright floor to ceiling windows that add to the airy feeling. We also love how you can see the infamous X shaped steel bars across one side which adds to the modern loft style. The fact that most units have a generous sized balcony is also a huge plus. Although we love the building itself, one of the features we love most about it is its location. King West is where you want to be in Toronto and Theatre Park is smack dab in the middle of it. Any trendy restaurants or bar that you see on Instagram and Blog To are most likely in walking distance from your home if you choose to live here and the fact that you’re two minutes away from one of our favourite restaurants Byblos earns this building major brownie points. Now for the cons: as nice as the units themselves are, the amenities and lobby pale in comparison. We love the rooftop pool and it’s definitely a vibe in the summer but the gym and lobby aren’t on the same level. Parking can be limited at this building but the plus side is you can walk everywhere if you don’t have a car. Overall, we like Theatre Park. It matches the King West vibes perfectly and its location is what sets it apart from other buildings alike.
