Mount Pleasant West neighbourhood has many gorgeous walking and biking trails. The two cemeteries in the area are popular with residents and visitors alike, where tall trees and beautiful stone monuments add to the unique beauty of Mount Pleasant. Charlotte Maher Park and Sherwood Park provide picnic benches, trails and plenty of green space. The Kay Gardiner Beltline which is favourable for walks and bike rides is located nearby. One of the advantages of this neighbourhood is that there are various other interesting areas within walking distance.
